He design a project exactly around what you want to be done unlike the bigger companies who want to change the whole thing and therefore charge you an arm and a leg. His team was professional, very responsive and the result was great! He renovated part of my basement exactly as I wanted and he suggested lots of improvement which I could not think of. If you know what you exactly want, it is easy and if you want suggestions from him, he helps you with your benefit in mind.
