  Great ice cream yet even when it's not busy, customer service is always rushed.

  Their ice-cream is the best quality! It’s so soft and smooth, also come with tons of choices for favour and several choices of toppings, a bit pricy but you can have discount when u have SPC card!

  Genuinely one of the best experiences I have had eating out in Kitchener!
  
  Took my girlfriend here and the service and food was incredible.
  
  The owner is also one of the most down to earth people I have met in a long time. I dropped my wallet and he took the time to drive it to my house! Needless to say I was incredibly thankful. Just goes to show some people do business in the community and some make sure to become a PART of the community.

  The service was great! There was one young lady working who was one of the best servers we have ever had there! Kind, thoughtful and observant to all the needs of the customers. Wish I had caught her name so she could get the recognition she deserves!

  Marble slab is unique compared to other ice cream stores. Let's start with the price; a small is $5.99 for 5 oz, a regular is $6.99 for 7 oz, and a large is $7.99 for 10 oz. Now onto ordering, you get to pick one or 2 flavours of ice cream and your choice of a cup, cone, or both. Now I've only been to the kitchener and the Waterloo Marbles slabs and I seem to like the one in Waterloo better, but in overall this store is 4 stars. Family friendly, staff is nice, well employed, well mannered, and most of all they have a good environment. So next time you're looking for ice cream, try this place out.
