I hired Sparkles to clean the main floor of my home - living room dining room hallway and kitchen. We are doing renovations to the kitchen replacing the floor and the dust was unbelievable. Two ladies were sent to clean walls, floors and everything in between. Emma and April did an amazing job!!! I will have them back again and I would recommend Sparkles. I am sorry to learn of your experience. I am the new Trainer/Inspector hired to improve service & eliminate the issues Sparkles was having in the office with pricing and customer service.

It has been Sparkles mission for 26 yrs to deliver the best quality service possible at the best rate possible. That was obviously not your experience & it was not handled by our normal protocol, for that I sincerely apologize.

Occasionally we do not price a clean 100% accurate, not often but it has happened over the years. Estimating is not an exact science, a lot of it depends on what we see when we are out and what is discussed regarding cleaning. Changes to the condition of the home, finishes in the home or additions of service can result in more or less time being required. When that happens we contact the home owner to set a time to come back out and go through the home and clean with them to determine why there is a difference before changing the rate.

When you called in to talk to the office, it is obvious your concern was not handled in a manner where you felt it was taken seriously or handled satisfactory. I welcome the opportunity to change that opinion of us. We do care! Feedback from our clients is an invaluable tool that aids us in bettering our service when & where needed and for rewarding hardworking staff.
