Smile Direct Club

I recommend Smile Direct Club to EVERYBODY- I was blown away at my initial visit, and still am.

both the Manager as well as my consultant Courtney left a good lasting impression and are very professional as well as friendly. I called in beforehand and received amazing customer service from the manager, and was met at the door with a pleasant smile. There was no paint nor discomfort at all, the process is explained to the client step-by-step for full accordance and understanding and the building is very modern and cutting-edge, yet there is a warm and amiable atmosphere. I recommend everyone to come here. 10/10.

Going into my appointment at the smile direct club in Kitchener was as easy as they make it seem. Courtney made it a comfortable and welcoming experience for me. After she explained to me how this process works I am confident saying I know this was a better choice for me than Invisalign.

First off, I want to say...I have never felt so comfortable AND welcomed (into what I was expecting to be a bit uncomfortable given the reason I was there was to fix my smile). Right away, Tara & Courtney made me feel at home and treated me with such great service. They were very friendly and listened to my story/cared about what I had to say.

If you are on the fence on whether or not you should give Smile Direct a try, jump into it! You won't regret it. I cannot wait for my kit to arrive -- I am looking forward to the process with them.

PS. I have received very clear and information (up to date emails) relative to the time (one before to show me where I was going, one after to explain next steps, etc).

Parking can be found easily near the building, the front desk staff are happy to greet and direct you to their office.

Smile Direct Club was great. My coach was Courtney, one of the friendliest, happiest people I have ever met. She answered all my questions and was able to get on a personal level with you, which really helps make the whole experience more comfortable. She stopped every couple minutes just to give me a break and see how I was doing. She didn't rush anything, her smile was so contagious my cheeks hurt!! I had to bring my 1yo son in with me, and she was so sweet with him, she talked to him and played a bit with the LED light to keep him entertained which was awesome! I'll definitely be recommending Courtney to my friends and family!

I had a great experience getting my Digital Scan and Information session at the Kitchener Smile Direct Club location! Talking to the office staff, I found that it was their First official opening day for the site, but I wasn't phased because there was a technician (if that is the correct term) from an established SDClub on hand if required. After going through some required forms and having some questions answered I was ushered in to scan room and met by two lovely personable young ladies who were to do the scans. One of the two was finishing up her training and I enjoyed the atmosphere in the room brought on by the two of them. Every step of the procedure was explained prior to the scan and was refreshed as the scan was progressing. Remarkable equipment that does the scan! The lead tech was very careful to get an accurate digital rendition of my teeth and was able to show me the completed scan that was to be used to make the retainers. Any questions I had were answered with no problem.
