“I"m actually typing this review on the laptop they repaired! Absolutely blown away by their speed, and competence. I was very impressed with the turn around time on the repair. Paul had originally thought it would be a week depending on part availability, however, I dropped the laptop off on an evening at 530 pm, received a call around 11 am the next day saying it was ready! Price was very reasonable. Will definitely recommend and work with these fine folks again.”

“Excellent Customer Service!! I called looking for one product and after asking how I would use it, the guy suggested a cheeper and WAY better solution. (I had asked the same questions at 5 other vendors who offered nothing but garbage solutions). Even though Horizon didn't carry the better solution, staff offered some helpful suggestions where I could buy the product cheeper than other big box vendors. I had thought good customer service was long dead and gone. A big thank you to the staff at Horizon Electronics, for proving me wrong. You have earned my business from now on.”
