Overall, I was pretty satisfied with my purchase at CAS. Everything was done over the phone and Percy (sales rep) was really nice and helpful during the entire process, from sales to final delivery)

The delivery also went pretty smoothly. I liked that I could track the drivers and see how long it would take until they get to my home. Really nice delivery guys. WAY better than some of the bad reviews I read online.

I took a star away because of the really long time it took to get some of my appliances in stock. It might be Covid-19 related but it took almost a month and a half from the moment I ordered until the moment I finally got my last appliances. I was never warned of this delay so this could be improved in their sales process.

Very helpful and friendly sales person, Andrei who was very patient, has a great sense of humour and was very pleasant to work with so made my purchasing a new fridge a stress-free and easy decision. Fantastic deal on a beautiful fridge. Delivery guys were great too. Very careful, efficient and nice to deal with. Customer service for booking and product followup were also efficient and on top of things. All in all a terrific experience. Will go back in the future.
