(February 8, 2019, 10:49 am)Loyal customer of Blue Cross until they were bought by another person. Service has deteriorated, prices have increased. Went to Bruce street Animal Hospital. OMG. Night and day. Bruce is heads and shoulders above Blue Cross. Service excellence. Friendly staff. Wonderful people. Pricing is a lot cheaper. For a much more rewarding experience leave Blue Cross and go where they care about your pet and not your pocket book.

(October 24, 2018, 2:30 am)They are so great, the doctor really cares about your animals and she saved my cat! The staff are always very friendly too. Best vet ever :) sad that I moved away, definitely recommend!
