What a wonderful and compassionate staff and the place is spotless. I sadly lost 3 cats this year and I did bring them to have them cremated. I was touched by the love they have for animals and they way they treated me and the dignity they showed to my cats. While I was waiting for the papers , I walked around and what a joy to see how clean the place is and how well the animals are housed and treated. Despite my pain having lost the animals, I felt joy by seeing how happy the animals were they took in and the care they are getting. To all the Staff and Vets - please keep up this outstanding work to make this world a better place for animals in need. God bless you All for what you do and provide.

This is a really well managed shelter which tends to cats and dogs who are either lost or have been rescued, or surrendered by owners if they are unable to take care of their pets. All the pets are in glass enclosures. If you like a certain pet, you can request them to bring it to a separate room where you can interact with it. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Honestly I am yet to adopt a pet as I and my wife are still preparing ourselves mentally to welcome a new member in our family. I pray it happens soon.

We adopted a wonderful Mexican rescue. He was all skin and bones when we got him but he's doing really well. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

Such a beautiful place! I got both of my cats from KW humane society. Each time I had a wonderful experience. The adoption councillors were lovely, compassionate and very helpful! The facility was clean tidy and organized. The adoption process was detailed, but painless! Everyone there is doing an amazing job. So happy have the opportunity to be apart of such a lovely community.

I got my first cat here, and my life has improved a thousand percent since!
