I bought a reverse osmosis drinking water system and a water softener and after 10 years the equipment is still going strong. Every year they show up to change filters for me. No complaints!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :) :)

(April 11, 2019, 10:26 pm)My Ecowater softner was installed 15 years ago by EcoWater Kitchener. It was done on high professional level. 15 years later when I had a problem immediately called EcoWater Kitchener. The same day I called, my system was tested, was found the problem and explained to me that this repair will be completed under lifetime warranty. With excellent customer service and very knowledgeable technician my softner was back to service just after 4 days. Great job. Highly recommend this EcoWater Kitchener branch. Regards, Vlad.
