Let me be clear! Prices are more than fair and quality is good. Sales people are friendly and helpful but not any different from any other store. I will say some of the sales people were VERY knowledgeable about the wear and look of certain items and suggestions around materials with regards to stains and pets.

Unfortunately even with a clear understanding that COVID has delayed many things and processes the lead time we were given was greatly underestimated. We were not updated either which would have been a nice gesture (either by phone or email). This could have been what made them a step above the rest. Also keep your invoice handy as they work on a manual invoice system. It is easier for them to check by order/invoice number when you are looking for updates.

We have gone back to buy again and still recommend.

I could not be happier with the service that I received from Victoria furniture house. I came in today looking to purchase a couch I was not jumped on by a sales associate right away which is wonderful I was able to look around and browse before one of them came to see if we needed any help. I ended up purchasing a couch and I will also be purchasing a bed as I was so happy with the sales as well as the quality and the price is unbeatable. The associates were so helpful and very knowledgable and gave me an incredible deal we will definitely be back! I recommend checking them out for all of your furniture in bed needs!!!
