These guys have been amazing. They’ve gone above and beyond to help me in any situation I’ve come across. I’d definitely refer this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable car. I enjoyed my buying experience with Aaron, he was extremely helpful and very easy going about the whole purchasing process, I dealt with Liz for my financing and she as well was very helpful and persistent on getting me the car that I wanted! Aaron was a pleasure to deal with. I called in to the dealership without any referrals, and was glad that I was directed to Aaron. From my initial inquiry, to test driving to finalizing options and then coming in to pick up the vehicle - Aaron made the process seamless. We were able to safely do a test drive and find a solution to make sure the timing worked for the family. He also stayed in touch with details via text/email - even on his days off. Great job Aaron.

Certainly Aaron was a great salesman. Gave me time to look over the vehicle, open things up and take it for a diverse test drive. He was also knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was also honest which I liked and did what he said he would. While it was not an absolute perfect purchase situation as I did have an issue with the license plate falling off a week after purchase. I still feel that they deserve a 5 star rating. When I called informing of the issue, there was no haggling or anything. Just we'll book you an appointment and bring it in. Went in and they fixed and made it right. While sure maybe shouldn't have happened in the first place, but it is what you do after the sale when you don't have to that makes the difference! I'm really pleased with my overall experience, and full disclosure, this was a used car and my first Volkswagen. I look forward to going back for the regular service maintenance.

I recently contacted Crosby after viewing a number of used vehicles online and finding they had the best prices around. Chelsea took the time to get to know me and what I was interested in. She was very knowledgeable of all the different models & specs and answered all my questions regarding this.
After deciding to move forward with a vehicle, the communication from the dealership was flawless. I didn't go a day without knowing how the purchasing process was going and was assured everything was moving on schedule, I appreciated this personal and transparent approach.
Everything happened so fast that I hadn't even told my spouse that I had gone ahead with the purchase. Chelsea came up with the idea to personally deliver the vehicle to my spouse at lunch to surprise them. This was such a fun idea that worked better than I had hoped.
I came to Crosby for the price and selection but stayed for the awesome customer experience and a great vehicle.
