(January 18, 2019, 12:14 am)I was playing phone tag with three different insurance companies for over a week. All of them promising to help me and call me back. After chasing each of them down, just to get the same answer from all of them. That they couldn't help me without a 2 week+ application process. I was running out of time and needed it done today. Rob and the Josslin Insurance team really came through for me today! The line rang twice and I was greeted by a nice lady and directed to Rob almost immediately. He explained how they were closing soon but he would be happy to help me. He stayed extra time after they closed to ensure I was leaving with everything I needed. I am so thankful that you took the time to help me out and all within one hour. Impressive.
(November 22, 2017, 2:50 am)Josslin insurance has some of the most reputable reps out there. They did there best to find find me a new policy, worked with all the different insurance companies and found me the best rate. They walked me through the whole process and were the best broker I dealt with
