This was probably the easiest and best service I have ever received from an insurance broker. Frank Marinelli went above and beyond expectations not only saving us thousands of dollars and also the service level was incredible. I would recommend Frank and the BIG anytime.

We're in the process of moving from Quebec to Cambridge. I'd been shopping around for home and auto insurance with limited success in getting reasonable rates. Frank was fantastic to work with! I live out of town but he came highly recommended and it was worth it.
