Ryan helped my fiancé and I with our pre-approval and approval for our first mortgage. Purchasing your first home is an intimidating process, but Ryan was very helpful and extremely patient with answering all of the questions that I had a long the way (even when I would call him constantly with a new question, Ryan was still very kind and patient!)

Ryan was able to find the right financing for me quickly, even though it was not a simple deal to broker. He was very fast and responsive in answering my questions. He provided me with options and throughly explained the pros and cons of each.
I would give Ryan a 10 stars if I could. He was always very helpful, answered question after question and helped us run different scenarios to find which one would best suit our needs. He worked with many different lenders and we ended up using one that he doesn't normally deal with because it got us the best deal. We will use Ryan without hesitation 10 times out of 10
