Air Expert has been my go-to company for years now. For both my personal and commercial properties, they have installed both air conditioning and heating units. They are hard working and have helped fix the problems created by other 'credible' HVAC companies locally (who in my opinion are crooks).
I know when I call them, I get honest advice, service and incredible effort. The quality of their installation has always been good and follow up service has been spot on.
I know I can rely on Sam and his crew, and have confidently referred them with great response.

I had Air Expert install a new furnace in 2010. Their price was fair and not inflated to consider the government 'COOL' rebate available then. The other companies I contacted had obviously inflated their prices so that in the end they benefited from the rebate rather than their customers. The installation was quick and professional and they even used their core drill to open up the kitchen wall for me so I could install a kitchen fan. They did this as a favor without any charge associated. They recommended a significantly smaller unit than the existing one and not only did that save purchase dollars, but it has been perfect at keeping our home warm in the coldest weather. They also helped with the rebate submission and ensured the government cheque came directly to me.
I had them back to install an central air system in 2012. That work was also performed cleanly and professionally. The unit has also functioned perfectly and was correctly sized for our environment.
I have them come in once a year for inspection and cleaning, have never had even a slight problem or concern with their products. They are thorough, professional and always leave the site spotless.
They are polite, honest, extremely knowledgeable and thorough and I have no doubt if I had any problem, they would be quick to repair or correct.
I have no hesitation in recommending them highly.
