Nando's Kitchener

Went for the free meal. Considering there was a lone up out the door, the service was excellent, our meal was quickly delivered, staff was extremely friendly, and the food was delicious. We had the 1/4 chicken dinner. For its value and taste, I would recommend over Swiss Chalet. I would absolutely go back. The sauces were very tasty and the spicy ones were quite hot. Overall, a great atmosphere and fantastic food.

Edit: Added one more star for the phenomenal customer service. Skip misplaced an item during delivery, mentioned this at the restaurant and they went above and beyond to comp that. Highly satisfied customer here!

Friendly staff, delicious food and good ambiance. Prices could be lower since you're selling grilled chicken with sides, costs about 15-20 bucks per person. Love the desserts

Delicious food & Excellent service! Nando’s is usually always a good experience. What sets each franchise apart is their customer care. This restaurant deserves a 5star review- excellent service from both the staff to the manager, even on busy days! We’ve always felt taken care of.

Taste of the food was really good. Chicken was very tender. Although, I am not satisfied with the amount of food for the money they serve. We ordered a platter named variety, it mentioned that the food was for 3 people. We shared it between 2, but I am sorry to say it was not even enough for 2 of us. You may think I am a big eater, but its really not the case. This was never a platter to be shared among 3 people.

Really good service. Food tastes bomb! Good quantities and better quality! Ambiance is nice and they have enjoyable music playing. Would definitely go again.
I want to add that the staff is super friendly and helpful and are very welcoming.
