Table saw motor was broken, emailed them they suggested my capacitor was fried (which according to my research was likely) offered a very fair price to fix it. Turns out the motor was actually KO, gave me two options for a new motor one of which was an amazing deal. Got it home but it didn't spin the right direction, they asked me to bring it back and ended up giving me a better motor and took a few mins to pull the cover off the wiring to show me how to get it to spin correctly just incase this one was also spinning reverse... AKA they really took care of me. Everything was done ahead of the time they estimated, everything was done at a very fair price, and service was friendly and top notch.
