“Dr. Zafar is a fantastic doctor. My mom had this mole on her eyelid for more than 20 years that really bothered her and it obstructed part of her vision. Over all these years she was told over and over that it couldn't be removed. Luckily, our optometrist referred her to Dr. Zafar. My mom doesn't drive, so I take time off work to take her to appointments. When we went in for the first appointment and he determined that yes, he could remove it, he went the extra mile and actually removed it for her on that same appointment. My mom asked me to write this review on her behalf. She wanted to let the world know what a wonderful and caring doctor Dr. Zafar is. She is eternally grateful with the attention, time and care she received from Dr.Zafar and his staff, and of course, to have that mole gone for good!”

“Dr. Ron is an excellent chiropractor, he is patient, good-mannered and extremely effective. My lower back/hip pain went away after one month of 3 visits per week. It's not cheap and I believe Dr. Ron's care is worth it. The wellness office at Conestoga College is always booked solid, 2-3 months in advance, so for those students who need help and can't wait I totally recommend Dr. Ron.”

“I had an appointment with Dr Lee and was apprehensive about it after reading the reviews however, I found that my experience was very pleasant. The staff were hard working and helpful. Dr Lee was running late but did not rush through my appointment to try and make up time. He was thorough and laid out options so we could make a care plan together. After the appointment I received an email notification outlining the date, time and preparation steps for my next appointment. This is very convenient. While I was waiting I overheard the receptionist deal with 2 different belligerent patients on the phone. She handled the situation with grace while holding her ground and upholding office policies. After the phone calls the other receptionists were supportive of their colleague. It seems as though patients have forgotten there is a human on the other end of the line. The poor reviews below are a result of patients having unrealistic expectations of a specialist office in comparison to a family medicine practice.”

“Dr. Haleem really cares for her patients.I've being seeing her since Dr. Segedi retired. She is thorough, spends the time to answer your questions and will make sure you get the best treatment. She is very knowledgable and really listens to your concerns and directs you to the right specialist necessary. She now has a very nice assistant who is respectful and polite and who treats us with a smile and a warm welcome. She is a keeper!! The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and Dr. Polonenko was amazing with my son. He doesn't always respond well to people he doesn't know and she had him talking in minutes. “Great indoor facility, with cafeteria, and awesome seating to watch the game. Kids sized indoor field. Lots of outdoor soccer fields and a group of tennis courts. The fields conditions are not the best in town but they are good. The club, Kitchener Minor Soccer has been established locally for s long time and is considered the best. 4/5 for good fields.”

“Erin is amazing! She is so accommodating, friendly, and makes sugaring comfortable. She takes her time and is very thorough. I love her new studio, the location is nice and private. I just found out she now does laser hair removal! Unfortunately a few months ago I purchased a laser package for my usual sugaring areas at a different studio, but I will still be back to Erin for spray tans, and to have my legs sugared.”
