If you go ask for Maria, she is so kind and extremely helpful. I found two pairs of jeans in the clearance section however they were full price, I was willing to pay the full price and when Maria asked one of her other associates they told me unfortunately it was full price even though it was the first day out of lockdown and right at open thus, the jeans shouldn't have been mixed up already. This mistake shouldn't have been the customers fault. However, Maria went and talked to another associate and was able to give me the jeans for the clearance price. It was very nice of her to go out of her way and was extremely appreciated.

Good selection, would order online if you know your size

We usually have a good experience at this store but I was extremely disappointed this evening. I wanted to visit the store after 7pm and I know with COVID restrictions you have to be careful with store hours & stores closing early. So I searched up the google post on the internet to check the store hours before we left home. It clearly states that the store is open until 9pm. When we got to Fairview Mall, sadly we found the mall and store were closed. Apparently it had closed at 7pm. Very disappointed that we drove all that way for nothing! I guess I’ll have to call ahead next time instead of trusting the hours posted online.
