My watch had not been working for a long time and so I went in person to the store where I was greeted by two enthusiastic and friendly employees Julie and Makenna, who had spent the next 40 minutes with me Helping troubleshoot and ensuring all issue I had were resolved and happy to say the watch now works thanks to these two. BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I am always more than happy with the staff at Fossil at Fairview mall Kitchener. They are always so helpful and go over and above to help!!!

Good store with the good deals. Only downside is you often have to wait in line to get into the store during COVID. The store capacity is very low but there are so many staff on hand that that half the capacity is allocated to staff.

I visited this store with my son. He came in to trade in a Fossil watch he had purchased on Amazon that was malfunctioning.

The team at the store were extremely helpful and assisted him in acquiring a replacement with no hassle.....
I will definitely be back.... Good customer service is not an easy to find commodity these days.....
