Incredible service. Had a brand new pair of heels that were sent to me scuffed- poor customer service on the part of the supplier as they would not take them back. The shoe doctor was able to fix it within 15 minutes! So happy with the results!

I bought new ankle boots recently and I loved them except for the fact that the opening was way too big. I need them to be tighter around my ankle. Sam was able to take in the elastic on the sides and make them a perfect fit. Even better, they were ready in a day. I’m super impressed and excited to wear my new boots that now fit perfectly!

I love this place. They always help me keep my shoes beautiful and strong. I always bring my shoes here for fixing. This time they gave me the products and told me how to protect this brand new leather boots I bought. Now I am confident that I won't ruin another pair of expensive boots. They're quick, helpful and very good at what they do.

I had two pairs of leather boots that needed repair. One needed fresh soles and the other one got patched and glued (I honestly thought this one was a goner). Sam did an amazing job and I am very happy with the quality of his work. He was very friendly, properly thought of a solution for my boots and explained everything with patience. I will definitely return to have some other small repairs done.
