I cannot express how impressed I am with the customer service at this location - above and beyond.

We received a shipment from the website and the box was destroyed, I didn't even need to open it, the shoe boxes were completely falling out. We ended up in a situation where one box only had one shoe, my assumption is that it fell out in the shipping process (the courier knocked and I went to the door immediately, so no chance of outside tampering).

I did try calling the 1-800 number for online customer service, however they appear to be closed due to COVID, so I reached out to my closest location (I'm very happy that I did this!).

The initial customer service representative was very understanding, assured me that they would resolve the issue. He looked in the area for the shoes we purchased, but couldn't find any.

The manager then came on the line and said they would take care of a return and re-order at minimum. Then proceeded to call another store in the area that had a similar style and reserve those for me and get them to price match.
