Connect Hearing

Hello. I brought my daughter in on Tuesday dec 31 2019. I have to say before we even came into the office I was already blown away with the customer service I got. Sara was and is phenomenal. She made me feel like I had no wrong answers and eased my fears about my daughter. What I was truly impressed with was that when she didn’t know an answer she said that instead of giving me some fluff answer and passed me along to someone who did know. Steve. Sarah even called us that day, before the appointment knowing we were coming in from Woodstock to make sure we knew there was a closer location. When we got to highland road I wanted to hug both her and Steve. We never felt like we were being pushed to buy anything. Steve knows his stuff and made the both of us feel so comfortable and we never felt rushed like we have elsewhere. You guys have a very special team there. It may have just been a free hearing test but we will be telling everyone we know. Thank you Steve and Sara for making a potentially scary event feel like we were coming in to see old friends.
