They are awesome with our dogs, always willing to answer any questions or any concerns. When we have had some serious concerns we have been able to see the vet quick. The staff is so sweet with our furbabies. Would never go anywhere else.

One of the best pet hospitals in Kitchener! The staff is very friendly and they are not only animal lovers but also know how to handle pets, especially anxious dogs! Dr. Gerald is very informative and doesn't try to prescribe medications if not required! Overall, my pet beagle Ikraan had a good treatment experience at Mitchell Animal hospital! This is now our go-to place for any pet related issues!

This is the best animal hospital in KW without a doubt. Dr. Gerald is wonderful with my two cats (and patiently dealing with my anxiety about them), and I have had great experiences with other staff and Doctors as well, you can really feel the collective love that the team has for animals. I have recently moved to Toronto and unfortunately will have to find a new vet, but Mitchell Animal Hospital and the friendly, professional team will be sorely missed.

Dr. Gerald is such a wonderful, kind, caring and knowledgeable veterinarian. There is no one I trust more to give my pets the love and care they need.

Wow, where do I even begin! Mitchell Animal Hospital has been spectacular in providing responsive, high quality care for my French Bulldog puppy. My puppy came to me with a lot of issues from a sketchy breeder (parasite, multiple infections, etc.) and Mitchell Animal Hospital has helped me nurse him back to health. They genuinely care about their clients, which is evident by the evening follow-up calls I have received from them to see how my pup is doing.
