“I come here on occasion to do an easy bike ride. The trail follows the Grand River. If you head west along the trail, it goes year through Bingemans and eventually ends on Lancaster St West next to the Lancaster Smokehouse. After that, it's a little bit of road riding with marked signs that will take you to Kestrel Street where the trail continues. There are some pretty good climbs to give the legs a good workout along the way. This place is also popular with the hikers and there's even some fishing spots along the way.”
