The staff here were very helpful and thorough. They took a lot of time to carefully explain all options and make sure I had everything I needed. It is a small store though so depending on how many other customers are also there you may wait a while to be helped. Overall though when it comes to dealing with cell phones and plans I'd rather wait a while and know that I'll get everything I need so I would definitely recommend this place.

I am very happy with the service I received from Baka Bell Waterloo. I purchased a new phone and after some use I decided I was unhappy with the purchase. I was within the return period but had exceeded the data limit to qualify for return as specified by Bell. The employee (Dillon) was very helpful and allowed me to exchange the phone for a different model. I left completely satisfied.
