They have a really wide variety of products. They also have very knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help. Although they didn't have one of the items I was looking for they looked up the ingredients and assisted me in selecting a different product. They also made my dog feel special by showing her affection and asking if she could have a treat!

This place is amazing! I’ve have been picking up my reptile food from here for about 2 years now and the staff have always been fantastic with me and always had a positive attitude. The other day I brought my bearded dragon into the store to show, and while there I just happened to mention that his nails are getting very long and sharp and I was to scared to cut them myself and one of the staff members offered to cut them for free and was very gentle with my animal.

Best local pet shop. I have two male cats who are both particular about the food they eat. It has to be the right size, crunchiness and smell or they will either throw up or not eat it. After moving to a new home my spouse and I had to find a new pet store and make the transition seamless for the cats. Before switching pet stores there was only one type we could safely buy. The combined knowledge of the staff made the house switch seamless for the cats.

Based on the knowledge from the staff, we now have multiple food options which suit both cats and litter they both like. As a plus, we found their favourite toy here. Better than the laser pointer.

My dog doesn't like his food anymore so I thought I'd try something else and this would be the place to start the search. While I didn't feel like I needed help (I'm an ingredient reader), Erica was super great and knowledgeable about the brands and gave me a good recommendation. It was a good experience and saved me some time.

High quality food here. Intro of new food, N&D, with lots less sugar in it... thanks! Lots of different food for dogs and cats. Fun toys. Different leashes and collars available. Seasonal stuff good like winter coats, balls, etc. Dog mats, cat carriers, dog enclosures. Awesome staff. Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Definitely worth a visit!!
