There are so many encouraging, hard working women who are here to improve their health and fitness while always willing to lend a helping hand. I am always learning new things to help me live a healthier lifestyle and am always impressed on the continuous progress that not only I am having but others around me as well :)

(April 6, 2018, 10:02 pm)I attend the morning classes and love em all. It's cozy and small enough that you feel like you're getting individual attention in a group setting. Love it!
