  Most delicious dim sum in the area. My family has been coming here for as long as I can remember, from their old location till now and the prices have always been more than fair. The service is consistently excellent and you can't beat the lunch buffet. Catch me here at lunch at least once a week. King Tin is where it's at, friends. Accept no substitutes.

  My family has been coming here for over a decade even when the restaurant was at its old location on King Street. King Tin has remained quite unchanged over the years and is still out go-to for Cantonese cuisine.
  
  The dim sum available on weekend mornings has been good enough to return again with dishes. Sometimes we have to check if the dish is warm and freshly made but most times we are quite happy with the lunch.
  
  Evening menu consists of larger portions of meat delicacies, seafood and vegetables. The peking duck and seasonal dishes are a little more expensive but are worth it in their presentation. For dinnertime if you have a full meal they provide a complimentary dessert of either red bean or taro and sago!
  
  The menu prices have increased over the years but is still affordable for students and families in comparison to other restaurants where the quality might not be as high. Sometimes for newcomers it is a hit and miss due to the increase in Chinese restaurants within the region but the long-time staff here always provide good and polite service.

  Excellent food as usual. I just wish they would have soya sauce, hot sauce and plum sauce on every table. We always have to ask for them and it takes a while to get them. Just seems awkward.

  Amazing quality and service! The dim sum here is amazing. The students that work here are an absolute delight. Always friendly and accommodating! Quick and efficient service and amazing food. Only place to get dim sum in Waterloo.
