Amazing service! Friendly, professional and make sure that repairs and maintenance are required. They never ever try to "up sell" us with unnecessary services or products. They care about quality and excellence. A business with integrity and skilled technicians. Also... during COVID protocols, Columbia adhered to strict isolation and safety precautions. Very impressed and grateful for loaner vehicle too.

Came here when I had suspicions that my old mechanic was ripping me off.

There's an obvious sense of community here. The staff at the desk and the mechanics take their time to educate you and help you make informed decisions regarding the work that is or isn't needed for your car. There have been a number of times when I even felt like I was taking up too much of their time with questions/concerns but I never sensed a drop of impatience, upselling, or anything that you fear at auto shops.

I upgraded to a newer vehicle and am selling the car ('07 VW Golf City) I brought here, but I would feel ungrateful if I didn't express how valuable this shop is to anyone looking to service their vehicles. Amazing. They were even seemed genuinely happy that I moved on to a newer truck, even though that clearly meant a loss of my business.

Columbia Auto provides great technical service and customer service. Jim's leadership is phenomenal and the team at the desk from Matt, Andrew to Ali do a great job of taking care of their customers.
