As soon as my first trip to Precision they have been "my mechanic" for 10 years now. Service is great, communication is great, honest, and helpful. Steve provides by far the best customer service I have ever experienced in car related businesses and maybe of any type. A+ all around. Thanks

Several occasions I can think of where I've pestered them for little (and big)problems, and most recently provided a quick fix at no charge. Of course patience and generosity like that shouldn't go unrewarded so be sure to slip a gift card or something. Seriously thank you guys. A feeling of a small town garage in a big city.
