  Came here for valentines day on a busy evening and everything from the service to the food to the atmosphere and structure was perfect. The waiter was very knowledgeable, the food was exceptionally tasty, and I was very impressed with how unique and functional the whole space was. Will definitely be coming back soon!! You really cant go wrong with anything on the menu.

  We booked the private room for a breakfast buffet following our wedding. The staff were super friendly, and helpful. The food was excellent. Slightly disappointed that the self serve waffle station wasn't available though.

  Our first time there and it was a pleasant experience. Nicely decorated, good service, and the food was excellent. Note that some of the bowls are served cold which was unexpected. Upon arrival we were greeted immediately and registering your car for parking is quick and simple. We did have to wait longer than expected to be seated (considering we had a reservation), but they seated us in the bar area with drinks as we waited which was just fine. Worth a try.

  Outstanding customer service team. Following at bit of a rough experience first time on busy NYE, we were invited back to Proof to experience the restaurant once again. We were extremely happy with the delicious food and wonderful waiter. Our food delivery was prompt and the cocktails were delicious as well. A big thank you to the general manager, Laura, for making the experience so pleasant. We will certainly be back!

  We were very impressed. The service was super, the atmosphere lovely and perfect for conversation - not too loud. The food was scrumptious. I had the Mac and Cheese with double smoked bacon. Will go again.
