Good Service with friendly staff. I love the sub collection here and appreciate how consistent and fresh the taste is. This location is great as it is really close to the university campus and is open at all times.
Good at dealing with busy lines. Only con is sometimes the sandwiches are not made properly as too much sauce coming out or toppings. No consistency.
Lost another star today due to this woman’s attitude when switching from one bread to another. Also, they put the shredded cheese right on the side of the sub... should be spread across in the middle.
Convenient, although the lineup can get a bit long sometimes.
TL;DR: Sub is great, service is not.
Before sharing my experience, I would like to clarify that this review isn't based on a one-time experience. While the sub in itself is great there, the service isn't the best. They always seem to be in a hurry and have attitude issues in general. While I accept that people make mistakes, the fact that they do not even try to learn from them annoys me a bit. I will mention two instances: one where they were at fault and one where I was.
1. While preparing the sub, they asked me what all veggies I'd like but even before I could answer ("Everything without lettuce"), a handful of lettuce was sitting over the cheese. I was not annoyed to be honest but this happened not once but every single time I went there (I think I've ordered 4-5 times in total until now)
2. When ordering the sub, we forgot to mention whether we want a 6-inch or a foot-long (neither did they ask) Now it's funny that they prepared the sub right in front of our eyes but we were caught up in the talk and didn't seem to realize that the two foot-longs were ours (crazy things happen when you have deadlines over your head, haha) I just asked "Is that a footlong each for the both of us or is it a 6-inch?," to which they replied, "It's foot-long. I prepared that right in front of you!" Maybe the person was under stress and we were technically at fault but that is no tone to reply to a customer. If that is the tone they reply with when simply confirming the order, I wonder how do they react to something more south.
Anyway, the sub was good but I am not sure if I'd go there again.
A pretty generic Subway. They most of the times have all the ingredients and bread. Nice soda vending machine
