(October 23, 2018, 3:35 pm)Candice and her team are amazing. The food is fantastic, they have a fun laid back atmosphere that makes meal prep a pleasure! We've had the most fun by booking a meal prep party with our friends and neighbours. I've also found that they are very knowledgeable about any food allergies/intolerances.

I look forward to my kitchen prep sessions and love that all of the chopping of veggies has already been done for me! As a mom of 2 boys who works full time, this is such a great way to put healthy meals on the table during the week.
(August 22, 2018, 5:37 pm)We used SupperWorks for our family Christmas dinner, and it was a whopping success. With family in from out of town, we did not want to spent the entire day cooking. SupperWorks set us up with everything we needed to stage a successful dinner, right down to by-the-minute cooking instructions, and also made it possible to provide for various dietary restrictions without major inconvenience. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the food was great ! We will _definitely_ do this again !
