I've been going to Lance since dealing with some nasty post-concussion symptoms a few years ago. I'd been to several massage therapists before going to Lance and knew I'd found the one for me. First-rate practitioner who knows exactly how much pressure to apply for the given day and condition. Lance also goes out of his way to educate clients about the nature of their injuries as well, which goes a long way in building client trust and helping clients better understand the therapy-healing process. Lance has played an important role in my development as a runner the last few years by being able to keep me healthy and tackle any injury that flares up. We always manage to have a few laughs during each session and his knowledge and experience for what he does is nothing but exceptional.
