There were many visits into the Doctors office as I had been struggling with pain and inflammation for a few years. My weight was up and down and I just could not get a handle on what my body was doing. Sleeping was an issue. I felt out of control and had always been into fitness and clean eating, so this was a mystery to me. I was desperate, my pain was escalating to the point of no return. Weight was increasing for reasons I could not figure out. Thinking that a nutritionist might be able to help me, I turned to the internet and called the very first one. Tricia saw me right away and this changed my world. Within a few weeks I hardly had any pain! The inflammation was reducing and I started to sleep better too. Most likely a food sensitivity that my Dr. could not diagnose was causing me to feel sick. I was very impressed with her assessment and her advice. I highly recommend Tricia.

When identifying and explaining the details of the issues, she spoke in ways that I could easily understand, and answered questions easily. She is organized and extremely knowledgeable. And everything she suggested worked really well! She solved my concerns and then tweaked things after a month for even better results. The best part is she is realistic...she understands change is hard and suggests adjustments that are easy to manage with great outcomes. She was very friendly and positive .....cant wait to see her again!
