The Zone Training Waterloo

Amazing place to start young ones and watch them grow. My son started at 3 and has been going for 3 years now off and on. Every class and instructor has been so helpful and direct. I especially like how he’s gotten older and the instructors keep pushing to strive better, he has improved so much and looks forward to every class. The rink is also set up for parents to watch which is my favorite ( aside from Covid rules 👎). Keep it up, great place for the Region! Can’t wait for my daughter to start!

Awesome place to get healthy!

While it is not a 5 star arena facility per se, it is awesome for what it is. Seldom have any problems with rentals, staff help out where they can. I'm here up to 30 or 40 times per year and although the ice can be soft in summer and sometimes the glass breaks, I have yet to have an unpleasant experience as they do what is reasonable for customers.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Answered all of our questions. Never made us feel rushed, even though they were near closing time.

We have been going to the Waterloo location for over four yrs now. Learn to skate and learn to play programs are fantastic! Our son just completed two weeks of summer camp and came home everyday excited and full of stories. There are no words to explain the ENTIRE staff front and back. They are amazing!!!!!! Derek you have done a great job and should be proud!!!! We look forward to a new season. Thank you for giving our children some “normalcy” during this interesting time.
