I love this place. Cute hole in the wall with great prices and a cute European lady. I get my pants shortened here all the time.

I was looking for a reliable tailor in Waterloo and recently discovered this little shop. Bonnie is a very caring and wonderful sweet lady that runs the shop. She offers her recommendations but also makes sure to listen to your requests for the final say. Service is also very fast and her prices are much better than all the other places I've been to.

Had a pair of expensive jeans taken in... after 6 weeks with the tailor they came back with the pockets and seams completely misaligned. Took them back to be straightened, they came back with puckering, bunching and gathered fabric all along the seams. I now have to spend more money to have these fixed elsewhere. The whole process took 8 weeks, and I'm left with poorly altered pants.

However, she also did a hem on these and took in the sleeves of a few tops, and those all turned out great, so I'll give this 3 stars. If you have simple alterations, this place is good, but anything involving full take-ins, try somewhere else! Only one person works here, so I think when things are busy, items get rushed.
