Virgin Mobile

I've had nothing but fantastic experiences with this kiosk and my time with Virgin Mobile. It's Bell's excellent cellular network with much cheaper prices. I switched to them about 2 years ago now, and i'm very happy with the service. The kiosk staff were very helpful in getting me setup 2 years ago, and when there was a huge promo being done by competitors last fall, they told me that they would match their plan price on the spot. they switched the plan over in about 5 mins and off i went with an upgraded plan. Highly recommend!

Shout out to Tiffany!! My phone wasn't working when I hooked it up and the call in help line took so long and I wasn't getting anywhere. I went into the store and Tiffany was awesome, she really helped me understand the process and what I was spending my money on.. she also hooked me up with a SWEET deal, so thanks!!

Great customer service, the representatives working there are very helpful and friendly. They gave me an amazing deal on my new iPhone Xs Max! No other service provider can give me a better deal than Virgin. Thank you Evan and Krystle for hooking up my brand new phone.
