“We needed an affordable, hi-efficiency, but also environmentally friendly replacement for our old school bus of an oil furnace. It had been struck by lightening and the insurance company refused to cover it because one of the other companies quoted central air in the price. David Richmond was our knight in shining armour and removed the oil tank and furnace in a neat and timely manner and installed a beautiful compact system using natural gas. Later he installed our central air system. Other installations in two different homes were gas hot water tanks. As well, he is the man on New Year's Day to come out and assess and fix issues due to very cold weather and freezing of pipes. Knowledgeable, affordable, and reliable. That is all you really want.”

“First time using Dietrich plumbing today. They came highly recommended by friends in Kiwanis Park. Grey water flood in basement last night. Called 3 septic companies this morning and they told me I would have to get my tank pumped out prior to fixing anything even though I had just had pump out in the summer. They all basically said they could not help me with any indoor problems. Dietrich never hesitated. Came right in assessed the problem as a broken pump and in no time everything was fixed and back to normal. Very professional young men. Thank you.”
