“The Waterloo Metal Roofing experience was awesome. We got four different quotes, and it was apparent that not all metal roofing is the same. David was outstanding at articulating the differences in products in the market and the benefits associated with each. The installation team was awesome - they went above and beyond. Seeing my wife carrying in groceries they offered to help. While waiting for the rest of their team one morning and seeing me shoveling the driveway, they grabbed shovels and helped. Everything they did was the right way... they spent time thinking about how things would look and didn't cut corners. Don't expect their quote to be the least expensive (personally, I always worry about the least expensive quote), but based on my experience I couldn't imagine a better customer experience. We've had neighbours comment that this is the nicest metal roof they've ever seen. We'd highly recommend!”
