“i visited the stone center for a quote and the owner said it takes 2 weeks and he said if you give us what you want we will just write it as is. so i came back later to place the order and they increased the quote by $50 to create a template for revision. so this charge is PS, it was not in the original quote and he is asking me to pay $50 to make sure he didn't do any mistakes in his work, he should be paying me money to correct his work not the other way around. so i waited 2 weeks and called them to check on the status and he said it takes 2 months, so obviously lying is one of their sales strategies, and i told him i don't want to get a template to verify and i asked him to deliver what i gave him as is, they didn't respond, a month later i found a letter from them with a template asking for approval, of course they want to prolong the process since they already collected the money.”
