The server was very polite and although he charged us for what we ordered, but he didn't give us the order correctly. I ordered a med and a large in China mugs....rec'd a med and another med over flowing in China mugs. Because you don't get a rec't and we're don't usually complain, who knows what we paid for for sure although my wife said it looked like he punched in 2 different choices. He also didn't give us the roll up to win cups. This usually rolls into not being trained properly from my experience. ????

Good Tims, staff was friendly and food came fast.

Solid location usually friendly staff generally pretty efficient

Busy in the mornings and lunch - big commuter and seniors crowd

Drive thru usually busy at 5 but dinner time inside and evenings quiet so a good place to relax or study

Newish decor some seats have sockets to plug in devices

Bench seating in some sections of the dining area

Bathrooms generally ok

Good service, although it is sometimes a little bit slow if you don't go through drive-through. There is a nice fireplace, so it is perfect for sitting and chatting.

I always have great service at this location, and the drive-through is well-organized. The staff are very good at moving customers through quickly and with a smile!! If you're looking for a coffee on the way in/out of Elmira, stop here and avoid the TH location in Elmira (it's quite the opposite customer service experience).
