  Kara's is a lovely lunch spot. I visit once a week! It's amazing to support locally and their #7 Avocado BLT is the best :) love the staff and environment! Thank you for all your hard work. A must visit.

  First time in, will definitely be back! Nice friendly service, fresh homemade sandwiches, yummy pumpkin loaf.

  What a great place to enjoy so many healthy options. Today I tried their Chia pudding - what a treat! The other day I had a delicious breakfast with avocados. The customer service is as exceptional as the care they take in the food they make or the produce they sell. Oh and don't forget to have a coffee or espresso especially if you're a coffee connoisseur. I guess you can tell I really like and recommend this place!

  You will not meet friendlier people than the ones that own Kara's Market Cafe. You can tell they take pride in serving quality food with a lot of care. Stopped there for the first time and was treated like I had been going there for years. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious. It is family run and they all came out to ask how are meals were. The father made the guacamole (delicious!!) Fresh in the morning. They had a good selection of coffees and produce.
