Best curd cheese so far. Every Thursday afternoon you can find it fresh from the same day. Delicious fresh pasteurized but non homogenized milk. It is a hidden treasure of the KW region.

We regularly purchase the fresh cheese curds and they are by far the best squeakers we have tried.

Express Ridge is the best knowledgable dairy provider for milk and cheese. Our family will be returning to this store every time we pass by, and we are from out of town. Hands down, the best curds made in the country; if not the whole entire world. With the most friendly front customer agent and amazing maple syrup, and on top of that, the summer sausage, plus more products. I can't wait to taste their chocolate milk. Big props to this family business. We will be back. :)

Small local shop with amazing quality milk and cheese curds. Highly recommend if you live nearby! There’s a bottle deposit so you’ll need to return it after.

Awesome place! The non homogenized milk is delicious. Staff is super nice and knowledgeable about their products. I grab chocolate milk and the cheese curds from here.
