We had a leak in our basement last year and had put off getting the crack fixed. I came across a Facebook post giving this company great reviews so decided to try them out. I am glad that I did! I really enjoyed the professionalism and great customer service. I believe it was Wes that came and provided us with great knowledge on the crack and the foundation in our basement. They were able to make a quick appointment and within a couple of days the job was done. They also provide a warranty which provides you with piece of mind that they stand behind their work.

I will definitely keep the crack specialist in mind when I plan to finish the basement.

The Crack Specialists were recommended by a friend and now I know why. Wes was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He explained things clearly and laid out a number of options after diagnosing the issue. In our case, he actually recommended an option that I could do on my own and explained exactly how to do it so we don't have to spend any money. He actually saved us a ton of money!

I have dealt with many contractors over the years and its not a stetch to say this Company has stellar employees who are very knowledgeable and put me at ease in the middle of a very stressful situation. We had a firm deal to sell a property and during the Buyers' standard inspections, moisture was discovered in the basement. This led to my reaching out to The Crack Specialists who came highly recommended from trusted friends. I explained the situation to TJ in the office who was very good at listening to the whole issue while understanding we were under a time crunch with a closing date less than a week away. The very next day Rick showed up to meet me for an estimate. I felt the pressure of the situation relieved as Rick answered each and every one of my many questions as I had never dealt with this situation before. A repair appointment was set and all the work (5 Cracks in all) was completed prior to our closing date!!
Dyllan did the work over a Saturday of the long weekend and I was not charged extra or overtime. Dyllan worked steadily until the job was done
and I found him to be very congenial, conscientious. pleasant and knowledgeable. Dyllan left the job site cleaner than when he found it! He even accommodated us by arranging his short lunch break around our schedule as we were completing work in the same room. I would HIGHLY recommend this wonderful group of people to all of my friends. A Stellar job. This is a privately owned and very reliable business.

We recently had a full perimeter French drainage system and sump pump installed in our basement. The work was completed quickly and the crew did a thorough clean up job. I can't speak to the effectiveness of the new system but will add any additional feedback come the rainy system if necessary. We had quotes from other companies for similar work, one of which was quoted at a lesser price, but the deciding factor for us was the honesty, straightforwardness, and genuinely good customer service and behaviour demonstrated by every employee that we dealt with. They treated us and our home with respect and courtesy, which was especially important during a pandemic with 2 adults and 3 young children working and schooling from home. The work crew always wore masks when passing through our home and were friendly, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend The Crack Specialists, and am hopeful they've successfully remedied our basement issues.

I was beyond impressed with this company. Not only was their customer service some of the best that I have seen in their industry, but their commitment to quality far exceeded my expectations. They stand behind their work and as such they really go the extra mile to ensure that you fully understand what you need. I hired them pre-covid and my repair turned out to be a bit trickier than initially anticipated. They brought in additional team members to review the site and collaborated to create the best solution. They got the work done quickly and at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again should the need ever arise and I highly recommend them!
