Village Biergarten

Short list of food and beverage so it didn't feel overwhelming. Outside seating I thought was well placed, live music for the atmosphere. The garten is pushed back farther from the road so it almost feels like you are out at a resort. I had the block 3 lager and tried their moon dumpling which are hand made and were very good and stuffed. A bit pricey so I personally would eat first before going there if you are starving. (Burger and fries is $16) the front patio is dog friendly too! If I had to add my 2 cents for improvement, its logistics of food order. With music playing, some customers may not hear the waiter calling out the dish and searching for you. Maby a number labelled on chair/benches? I will definitely return though. Great concept .

Nice shady tree covered multi-level outdoor patio with picnic table seating. Smallish selection of beers available on tap but the Helles I had was quite good. Plenty of non-beer beverage options as well. The place was very busy on a Friday night when we went, we were lucky to get a seat at the end of a table. Not exactly a Munich Biergarten, but a great local alternative!

Amazing food. Wait staff are fun and approachable and make sure everything is perfect. Terrific experience overall. Highly recommended.

Great new spot in St. Jacob's. Delicious Vietnamese inspired food by Mekong Brasserie. Great wine, drinks and local craft beer!

Nice take on an open air biergarten. Fine brews from block 3 down the street. Menu is a cool affair the vegan options and vegetarian twists on pub favorites. Something for everyone.
