I’ve had a few issues with my condo - Zehr group took over the project, specifically Mark Adamson who I cannot thank enough for going above and beyond to help rectify all the issues I had and was very patient and understanding. He genuinely wanted my experience to be better than what it was and make sure that everything was properly taken care of and he certainly did that. Thank you Mark for everything!

Purchased unit in one of their projects, as in any new build small issues are to be expected. What wasn't expected was how responsive and quickly that Zehr got back to me about my concerns!
Never felt like they were brushing me off, they were honest about expectations and took my concerns just as seriously as I did!
I will update the review with some pictures when the project is complete but I'm sure that Zehr will make sure everything is perfect :)
