Lens 360

Second time ordering from Lens360. First time was great, not so much the second time. They sent the wrong prescription. Contacted Lens360, they replied with return instructions. Before they shipped the correct order I needed to return the incorrect order first. I didn’t have a printer to print the return form and I had to pay for shipping back to the manufacturer.
Afterwards I got the shipping back as credit towards a next purchase not a credit towards my order. Nothing for the inconvenience…

Great service. My lenses were delayed a little which wasn't a problem as the let me know, which I really appreciated. Very happy with the service.

Arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I called for an official receipt for insurane and the lady was very helpful and friendly. Receipt was emailed to me within minutes. Will order again.

Lowest price I could find on contacts at the moment, and shipping was very fast. I was a bit weary because I hadn't heard of the company, but after my first order, I'd recommend!
