(March 26, 2019, 7:10 pm)Over the past month and a half, I've visited Upper Grand Eye Care numerous times and each visit has been an excellent experience.
Dr Nahal is personable, friendly, and incredibly caring about her patients. She walked me through every step and explained in detail answers to my questions (as well as humoring me and my bad jokes). The front staff are knowledgeable, friendly and open.
I received numerous boxes of trials to ensure I had the right fit of contact lens for me, and choosing a new frame for my glasses was painless and made simple with expert advice.
I will definitely be coming back here for years to come, and strongly suggest Upper Grand Eye Care to anyone who is looking for a wonderful optometrist visit!!

(March 1, 2019, 1:00 pm)I have been a patient for a long time with Dr. Fraser and had never seen any of the new doctors that have joined his team. But after this last visit, meeting Dr. Nahaal was great ,her bubbly personality made my whole day even after the appointment was over. The office staff makes you feel welcome and are extremely friendly. The help you receive when choosing new glasses takes on a best friends for ever feeling. Way to go everyone and THANKS! for being so professional.
